About The Position

You’ll blend preventive maintenance, rapid-response troubleshooting, and teamwork to keep equipment dependable and safe. Role focus Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs on production machinery. Quickly troubleshoot mechanical faults and apply effective, root-cause solutions. Conduct regular inspections to detect early signs of failure or safety hazards. Record all work performed with accurate, consistent documentation. Partner with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime and improve throughput. Support the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent); technical coursework or certification is beneficial.
• Experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Mechanical strength and a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical components.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, prints, and schematics.
• Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed.
