About The Position

Join Us as a Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Technician Help us keep production moving. You’ll ensure our blow molding and related systems run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMPs and regulations. What You’ll Do Install, set up, calibrate, and repair: blow mold equipment, trimmers, palletizers, baggers, and support assets. Perform mold and neck-tooling changes, pin swaps, and changeovers. Inspect and replace pneumatic/hydraulic hoses; rebuild or replace valves and pumps. Execute preventive maintenance plans; sustain optimal processing conditions. Weld, fabricate, and restore machine components to improve reliability. Diagnose faults to root cause and repair; operate blow mold or injection machines as needed. Communicate frequently with production, quality, and logistics; responsibilities vary by facility based on equipment and plant design. Follow corporate and plant safety standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Receive task direction from a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor; other duties as assigned. Assistance is available on unusual problems and work is reviewed for sound professional judgment. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills and computer literacy.
  • Foundational knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • OSHA forklift certification.
