About The Position

At our Greenwood, IN facility, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping blow molding assets running at peak performance. You’ll start your shift with a floor walk and a review of preventive maintenance priorities, jump into diagnostics when a line calls for help, and collaborate closely with production to keep quality and throughput on target. Your mechanical instincts, electrical savvy, and commitment to safe work practices will directly reduce downtime and elevate efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a related technical degree/certification is preferred.
  • Hands-on maintenance background, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
  • Working knowledge of blow molding processes, equipment, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and apply technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator and effective team collaborator.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when required.

  • Proficient in: 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
  • Proficient in: Electrical Installation
  • Proficient in: Electrical Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults to limit interruptions.
  • Perform inspections, measurements, and root-cause diagnostics to optimize performance.
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs with clear, accurate records.
  • Partner with operators and production leaders to eliminate recurring equipment issues.
  • Assist with installation, commissioning, and setup of new machinery.
  • Work safely, follow procedures, and maintain an orderly, clean work area.
