About The Position

The Blow Mold Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines to produce high-quality products.

Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in in a manufacturing facility operating blow molding machines or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to go up and down stairs frequently and have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift and know how to use a variety of hand tools and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain blow molding machines
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting to ensure machines are running efficiently
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
• Perform operator functions such as adjust machine settings and set up molds
• Comple required paperwork for accurate production
• Inspect finished products for quality control
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
