Own the Night. Elevate Reliability. When a critical line stops at 2:00 a.m., you’re the calm in the storm. If that challenge inspires you, this is your next role. Why This Role Matters Uptime is everything — you’ll lead mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to keep production running. Your electrical expertise ensures safe, effective diagnosis and repair. Your craftsmanship in welding and fabrication strengthens long-term reliability. Day 31–60: Independently execute PMs, mechanical repairs, and basic PLC adjustments. Day 61–90: Confidently troubleshoot complex issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Your Schedule & Start 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. on a 2-2-3 rotation.
