You’ll blend hands-on repair work with proactive strategies—digging into schematics, tracing faults across electro-mechanical systems, and putting long-term preventive maintenance plans into action. You’ll document with precision, collaborate across departments, and step in to lead tasks when called upon. Role highlights Independently diagnose and repair production/plant equipment utilizing schematics, manuals, and drawings. Troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical issues; implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce repeat failures. Identify faulty parts, create requisitions with correct nomenclature, and follow storeroom withdrawal/return procedures. Operate motorized/peripheral equipment; use hand tools and basic machine shop equipment to complete high-quality repairs. Maintain ISO-aligned records and adhere to established maintenance procedures within ERP and related systems. Lead co-workers on assigned tasks; uphold a clean, safe working environment. Fulfill shift-specific duties assigned by the maintenance supervisor; take on other tasks as needed. Grow with advanced competencies Administrative: Accurate data posting across ERP/peripheral platforms. Communication & Teamwork: Build openness, honesty, trust, and teamwork; manage multiple priorities calmly. Safety: Engage fully in company safety programs, policies, and procedures. Quality: Develop/maintain ISO-compliant processes. Technical Knowledge: Advanced comprehension of the full product/process lifecycle—from concept to commercialization.
