Requirements

• Proficient skills in project management, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Mechanically inclined and able to assist hands-on with maintenance projects
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work safely and wear all required personal protective equipment
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
• Extensive knowledge of project management principles
• High school diploma and 1 year of related experience, OR 5+ years of managing projects and third-party contractors, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to perform repetitive operations
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and/or will be required to learn Creo Engineering Software and CAD/CAM Software
• High-level project management skills
• Strong understanding of facilities, security, and maintenance
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Strong mah skills

Responsibilities

• Developing project timelines
• Scheduling work
• Managing contractors
• Reading and correctly interpreting simple and complex drawings
• Assisting with onsite maintenance tasks as needed
• Updating management on project status and progress
• Ensuring all contractors meet all safety requirements
• Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to facility security
• Building a strong, positive working environment between operations and facility project teams
• Supporting shop requirements for the execution of projects
