Requirements

This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
One year experience with performing mechanical assembly work
One year experience with operation of manual lathe/mill
One year experience with Welding (GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW)
Ability to interpret machine drawings and electrical schematics
Basic understanding of single and 3 phase electrical.
Working knowledge of hand & power tools, overhead crane
Speak, read, and write English fluently.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as required

Responsibilities

Perform technical tasks under the direction of an engineer or manager.
Help support engineering project fabrication, machining, and assembly.
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment of various types.
Interact regularly with vendors and co-workers.
Document assembly steps and maintain records for company and customers.
Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements.
Read and follow written and/or verbal directions and use a computer to communicate, create, and access information.
