About The Position

In this role, you will impact manufacturing operations by enhancing process reliability, reducing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence. The position supports manufacturing engineering projects and helps resolve manufacturing issues while maintaining process and equipment documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating automation equipment and associated computers.
• Experience with Draftsight (CAD) or equivalent.
• Experience creating detailed documents using Excel, Word, and photo capture software.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Must be a “US Person” under US export laws or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license, because the position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware controlled by US export laws.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in electronics, manufacturing, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with auto epoxy dispense, pick and place, and wire bonding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering projects by assisting in process development, testing, and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and equipment specifications.
