About The Position

This internship offers firsthand experience in the aerospace industry and manufacturing engineering, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful business improvements. Interns will complete operational tasks and project-based work, maintain a safe and clean work area, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and company goals. A key aspect of this internship is the opportunity to present work and learning outcomes to management at the end. This role also serves as a potential gateway to full-time employment for students looking to continue their journey with the company after graduation, though full-time employment is not guaranteed and depends on individual performance and business needs. Additional duties may be performed as directed by supervisors to support organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in a quality engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing engineering-related project, job, or internship.
  • Passion for manufacturing engineering and the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to compile information and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work with deadlines, sense of urgency as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be a U.S. Person, as defined by U.S. export control laws.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
