Our Internship Program is designed with a dual purpose: to provide students with meaningful hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while allowing both the student and Innotec to explore potential future career opportunities. As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers and operations professionals to support manufacturing processes, continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and production efficiency efforts. This internship offers exposure to real-world engineering challenges and opportunities to make a measurable impact on our business.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, Or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Available up to 40 hours per week during summer internships
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Assist with manufacturing process improvement projects
  • Support production troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities
  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with equipment validation, testing, and process documentation
  • Develop and update work instructions, standard operating procedures, and visual aids
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and production teams
  • Support automation and technology-driven manufacturing projects
  • Present project updates and recommendations to leadership and team members
