About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will complete routine or entry-level engineering work and assist with engineering projects.
Requirements
- 2-year technical degree required (or actively pursuing 4-year Engineering degree)
- Basic Understanding of CAD
Nice To Haves
- Basic understanding of engineering change process preferred
- Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) preferred
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) technical preferred
Responsibilities
- Leading and deploying best practices in the manufacturing process
- Supporting continuous improvement in various manufacturing processes
- Reducing manufacturing costs
- Improving the flow of material
- Setting up cycle times
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- At the conclusion of internship, the intern is required to prepare and present live to the management team a presentation on your experience at Humanetics.
