Manufacturing Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)

About The Position

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to apply engineering knowledge, assist in solving manufacturing challenges, and collaborate with a cross-functional team, including manufacturing engineers, production leaders, quality engineers, technicians, and design engineers. This is an onsite role that offers hands-on experience and exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Experience using CAD software (CREO preferred)
  • Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (lawful permanent resident, protected individual, U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or individual granted refugee or asylee status in the U.S.).

Responsibilities

  • Support production teams by assisting with technical troubleshooting, process improvement, and documentation updates.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address manufacturing challenges and enhance product quality.
  • Gain hands-on experience with operational tools and software commonly used in manufacturing processes.
  • Contribute to process optimization projects aimed at improving productivity and reducing costs.
  • Learn about and assist in the development of new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
