Co-ops at ENERPAC receive meaningful and robust hands-on work assignments that vary in variety – from tooling, fixturing coordinating maintenance work, 3D design, and Lean Events. They build their knowledge and experience of our products along with a small community of fellow intern students onsite at ENERPAC. You will provide Engineering support for production – improving current fixturing by coming up with solutions to support operations improvements to address and improve safety, quality, delivery and/or cost concerns. You will directly support existing product assembly and weigh and test opportunities to improve the operation, in addition to new product development projects. Focus on assembly process design and documentation, including the design, procurement, and fabrication for any supporting tooling and equipment. You will help to drive continuous improvement within the plant and also across other departments including leading and participating within project teams.
