About The Position

As our Manufacturing Engineering, Graduate, you will support engineering design, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting activities under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to project execution, documentation, and quality processes while applying foundational engineering knowledge, developing technical skills, and gaining hands-on experience across a variety of engineering assignments. This role is fully on-site at the Aston, PA facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with engineering software, modeling tools, and technical documentation practices.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and exercise sound judgment on technical assignments.
  • Knowledge of technical standards, industry regulations, and engineering best practices.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while seeking guidance appropriately.
  • Ability to contribute to a variety of technical problems and evaluate alternative solutions across multiple project areas.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and documentation of engineering solutions in accordance with industry standards, project requirements, and company practices.
  • Conduct research, perform technical analyses, and use engineering software and tools to prepare drawings, schematics, models, and reports that support project activities.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and participate in resolving engineering-related issues through data gathering, testing, and collaboration with senior engineers.
  • Contribute to project planning, documentation, and quality control processes while ensuring compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in continuous learning, and apply engineering best practices across assigned tasks and development activities.
