About The Position

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. The position will apply principles of Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering to manufacturing processes to achieve maximum quality and productivity from labor, materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited technical school or college.
• 1-2 years experience.
• Minimal travel required.
• Personal Computer Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Proficient with Internet.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to get along with others.
• Can effectively function in a matrix and team environment.
• Daily attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide shop floor support in daily problem solving activities.
• Identify and implement projects such as productivity and cost reduction projects in assigned area.
• Develop and maintain appropriate process documentation to support ISO 9000 Certification.
• Create job work instructions as requested on existing and incoming equipment.
• Develop and implement World Class Manufacturing Processes.
• Investigate, justify and implement capital equipment needs.
• Communicate company goals, objectives and philosophies to the workforce.
• Attend communication meetings.
• Follow Emerson Ethics and Safety Programs.
• Adhere to all Export, Import and Supply Chain Security Policy requirements relevant to the position.
• Follow State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs.
• Adhere to ISO 9000 Standards.
