Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Windows and Internet.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Proficient with MES processes and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of electronics theory.
  • Basic drafting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • 3 year - 4 years related experience.
  • Leading Teams
  • Reporting out to management
  • SOP writing
  • High School Diploma - Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree - preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assists in validation of fixtures, components, and updated mfg. processes.
  • Research new methods that improve processes.
  • Creates or updates Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Assists implementing Lean Methods into manufacturing process and maintain KPI’s and SPC controls.
  • Assists in the development of assembly fixtures with feedback from Production staff.
  • Coordinates incorporation of equipment, which includes the verification of equipment to engineering specifications and procedures.
  • Supports training and implementation of equipment into manufacturing.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned by manager.
  • MES Review and release oversight.
  • Label Support with trouble shooting new printers and Label DB management.
  • Provides guidance and support to Associate Level I and Manufacturing Assistants
