Requirements

  • Beginning knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
  • Basic understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
  • Works under direct supervision
  • Manufacturing process fundamentals
  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts
  • Root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
  • Process documentation and work instruction development
  • Basic data analysis and reporting
  • Quality and safety compliance practices
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Supports production operations by applying fundamental engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain process documentation.
  • Works under close supervision while developing knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment, and quality standards.
  • Support daily production troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
  • Assist in documenting manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with operators and technicians to resolve routine production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
  • Support equipment validation, testing, and process verification activities.
