The Opportunity In this role, you will be the driving force behind our continuous improvement and factory optimization. You will work closely with automated conveyor systems, advanced SCADA logic, and PLC networks in a highly collaborative environment that rewards motivation and leadership.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on PLC troubleshooting and a strong background in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (specializing in automation).
- Strong team-building and decision-making abilities with a knack for creating accountability.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar), or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain PLC-based automated conveyor systems, HMIs, and drive networks while working with Beckhoff PLC controls and Ignition/SCADA logic.
- Analyze manufacturing data to eliminate waste, maximize asset capacity, and elevate safety and quality standards.
- Partner with a talented engineering team to solve complex problems and champion factory-floor safety and OSHA compliance.
