About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer with our Raytheon team, you’ll apply your skills to help to develop, test, modify and create solutions through a collaborative effort with our stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contracts.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Technical drawing interpretation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to work across disciplines and an innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement and keeps pace with advances in technology

Proven written and oral communication skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)

Responsibilities

Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
Improve cycle time and lead time
Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
Create and oversee improvement projects
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Perform hardware defect analysis
Participate in corrective action investigations
