Requirements

• Provide program cost study inputs from until (support studies as required).
• Manage all aspects of the DPA5 process from UN/UPV0 to UN/UPV2.
• Develop process sheets and PFMEAs.
• Define control methods to support the Control Plan.
• Execute P-Release.
• Work with counterparts in APD and PD to resolve product design and manufacturing issues quickly.
• Incorporate new technologies and automation into the DPA5 process to improve delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with the Strategies Team to incorporate new standard assembly processes, tooling, and facilities that accommodate new technologies or efficiency improvements.
• Drive labor efficiencies and complexity reductions where possible during the review of new content/features development.
