About The Position

Join Trane Technologies as a Manufacturing Engineer in Pueblo, CO. In this role, you will operate innovative engineered systems and develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable manufacturing production processes. Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to accurately assess manufacturing issues related to process and design.

Nice To Haves

PFMEA experience preferred.
Degree preferred in Engineering or related technical disciplines.
Emphasis on computer programming or related experience is beneficial, particularly in C, C++.
Experience working in SQL environments.
Experience creating and executing API, GUI, etc.

Responsibilities

Provide timely resolution of manufacturing process and product design problems, including investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve manufacturing operations.
Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
Uphold manufacturing standards including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
Generate work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.
Serve as a voice of the customer for input for new design development.
Partner with on-site EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
Lead hands-on factory project implementation, maintain support and upgrade as needed, all Panel, Frame, HiPot and End-of-line electrical testers.
