About The Position

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team and provide day-to-day technical ownership within our production operations. This role is designed as an area-based, embedded engineering position, working directly alongside production employees, leads, and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable operations. While this position will initially support our Pick / Pack operations, all Embedded Manufacturing Engineers are cross-trained and expected to rotate between production areas as they become seasoned. This is not a desk-based or project-only role — it is a hands-on position focused on daily execution, process stability, and continuous improvement.
