About The Position

Grace Manufacturing LLC is a world class leader in machine manufacturing, specialty precision products and other industries. We are seeking qualified candidates for a Manufacturing Engineer position at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to support new product introductions, troubleshoot process issues, design fixtures and tooling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a precision machining or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with CNC machining processes (lathes, mills, and multi-axis equipment)
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing automation or robotics in a manufacturing setting
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software
  • Background in machine design, tooling, or fixturing
  • Experience in a high-mix, low-to-medium volume production environment
