About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing processes and production methods. The role designs tooling, fixtures, equipment layouts, and workstations to maximize efficiency; supports new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives; and works with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing performance. The engineer also supports quality initiatives and helps ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

The company seeks a hands-on engineering professional who can solve complex manufacturing challenges, improve processes, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in metal fabrication, machining, and forming processes.
• Knowledge of JIT manufacturing, cellular manufacturing, FMEA, process flow diagrams, and GD&T (ANSI Y14.5).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering-related software tools.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
