About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer will be part of the ME group supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives. This role involves supporting daily operations in the manufacturing process and collaborating with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and process improvements. The position requires 30% office work and 70% shop floor time, focusing on supporting PCN, testing and validating process improvements, working with operators on maintaining processes, and preparing reports and process review documents.

Requirements

• Manufacturing and machining environment experience
• CNC programming and process development
• Bachelor's in engineering field preferred but will consider comparable experience (8-10 years if no BA)
• 8-10 years of experience
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hone, OD/ID grinding, and centerless grinding
• Experience developing and maintaining automated cells

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in the manufacturing process.
