As a Manufacturing Engineer at Ontic, you'll play a key role in supporting our production operations, solving manufacturing challenges and helping us continuously improve how our aerospace products are built. You'll work at the intersection of Engineering, Production and Quality, turning technical requirements into practical manufacturing solutions that support quality, efficiency and delivery. You'll provide hands-on engineering support to the production floor while also looking ahead at how our processes can be improved. From troubleshooting assembly and test issues to developing manufacturing plans, designing tooling and supporting engineering changes, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on day-to-day operations. You'll also lead engineering activities for new products entering production, working across teams to help ensure a smooth transition from design into manufacturing and supporting Ontic as our product portfolio continues to grow. This role requires approximately 50% travel for the next 18 months to support business and engineering needs. Candidates should be comfortable with this level of travel as an essential requirement of the position.
