About The Position

Design, implement, and optimize efficient, cost-effective, and safe production systems. This role involves leading new equipment deployment, integrating Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) principles, designing tooling and fixtures, and responding to customer requests and proposals. The Manufacturing Engineer will also develop manufacturing processes and provide cost estimations for new business. Responsibilities may evolve as departmental needs change.

Requirements

• BS in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance or 5-7 years of related experience
• Experience in 3D Cad solid modeling
• Experience in 2D Cad AutoCAD
• Proficient with programming logic controllers such as Allen Bradley and or Robotics
• GD&T experience
• 2-4 years of leadership experience
• Ability to understand and comply with applicable policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Ability to execute assigned control activities
• Ability to maintain appropriate supporting evidence
• Ability to promptly report any identified deviation, risk, or control deficiency to the direct leader
