About The Position
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in lean manufacturing, six sigma, and hands-on process development across assembly environments. This role is focused on process improvement, supporting new product introductions, and digging into root-cause issues without blinking. Mechanical aptitude is crucial, as this is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You will be involved with tooling, fixtures, equipment, and real-world problem solving.
Requirements
- Strong experience with lean manufacturing
- Strong experience with six sigma
- Hands-on process development across assembly environments

- Experience with PFMEA
- Experience with control plans
- Experience with root cause analysis
