About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing product development lifecycle management (PDLM) subprojects, defining production-related requirements, updating quality control plans, providing factory input, implementing factory and product design changes, enhancing manufacturing processes, and optimizing Capex strategies independently with limited supervision. Your role: Defines production-related Manufacturing requirements in PDLM, ensures alignment with production needs, and facilitates smooth transitions from product design to production stages Reviews quality control plans and work instructions and ensures adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety, regulatory, and legal requirements within the manufacturing department Provides advanced technical support to production personnel to troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve production bottlenecks on time, leveraging knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation systems. Applies lean manufacturing principles, employing methodologies to streamline production processes, minimize waste, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in areas such as manufacturing/operations, engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering, production engineering or cost engineering or equivalent
  • No prior experience required with a Master’s degree
