As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be part of our Operations team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to analyze existing manufacturing operations to identify, develop, and implement improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality. You will also create, test, and implement automated machinery, robotic systems, and software programs. Additionally, you will design, install, and troubleshoot new manufacturing equipment, tools, and production lines. You will analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and lower costs. You will program and maintain Control Systems, such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), for industrial processes. You will create, maintain, and update work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation for manufacturing processes. You will evaluate products against specifications to ensure quality standards are met and resolve production issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, quality, maintenance) to support new product launches and troubleshoot equipment failures. Finally, you will ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
