Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in advancing manufacturing capability through process optimization, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives. This position is responsible for creating design concepts, standardize designs, implementing, and continuously improving scalable, data-driven manufacturing processes that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness. This role serves as a critical strategic technical bridge between Design Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners to support efficient production and successful industrialization of new products. Beyond initial New Product Introduction (NPI), the Manufacturing Engineer provides continuous lifecycle support to ensure long-term manufacturability, material optimization, and operational excellence.
