We specialize in metrology-based machining of Ti and Inconel based castings, Inconel forgings and aluminum plate serving both commercial and defense sectors globally. With a commitment to excellence and safety, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and uphold the highest standards of quality assurance in all our operations.

Requirements

5+ years manufacturing experience in a production environment.
BS in engineering or equivalent experience.
Superior knowledge of manufacturing/machining of castings/billet material.
Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize duties and be self-directing.
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with CAD software.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot new or existing products problems involving designs, materials, or processes.
Investigate or resolve operational problems.
Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve manufacturing processes.
Apply continuous improvements methods such as 5S and lean manufacturing principles to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
Determine root causes of failures and recommend changes to design, tolerances, or process methods using statistical procedures.
Assist in design layout of equipment or workspaces to achieve maximum efficiency.
Conduct initial review of new product for manufacturability.
Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
