About The Position

This role provides leadership and direction to Manufacturing on manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess good verbal and written communication skills and understand and use the Mack Molding Quality Management System. Responsibilities include developing and documenting cost/quality effective processes for new and existing products, designing and developing fail-safe fixtures and tooling for Manufacturing, and training Manufacturing personnel in the operation of equipment, fixtures, and tooling. The position also requires adherence to safety rules and regulations, and performing any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding and ability to use the Mack Molding Quality Management System.
• Ability to develop and document cost/quality effective processes for new and existing products.
• Ability to design and develop fail-safe fixtures and tooling for Manufacturing.
• Ability to train Manufacturing personnel in the operation of equipment, fixtures and tooling.
• Adherence to safety rules and regulations.
