Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, or be currently enrolled in a program where you are working toward this goal.
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to comprehend/understand/follow written and verbal instructions and all work related documents.
- 1 year related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be proficient with department related manufacturing equipment and quality tools.
- Ability to manufacture and inspect parts to customer drawings.
- Experienced with Epicor ERP or a related manufacturing ERP or MRP system.
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact positively with others
Nice To Haves
- Aerospace Manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities
- Support production as assigned by Lead and or Supervisor to help maintain Pioneer's goal for on-time delivery of customer parts and meeting all quality requirements.
- Assist with training new employees within the applicable areas assigned.
- Help maintain a productive and motivated work environment.
