About The Position

Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Rotational Engineering Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting-edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering related discipline obtained between May 2026 and June 2027
  • A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
  • Prior Co-Op or internship experience
  • Strong Data analytics
  • Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
  • Experience presenting technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts

  • Experience with data analytics and building data pipelines to establish SPC

Responsibilities

  • Taking Data directly from the manufacturing tools to interpret uptime, downtime, and cycle time
  • Improving statistical process control across Mercury manufacturing sites
  • Interface with process engineers to build data pipelines and establish SPC dashboards to ensure our process is predictable and identify process drift before catastrophic failures
