Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in an Engineering related discipline obtained between May 2026 and June 2027
A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
Prior Co-Op or internship experience
Strong Data analytics
Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
Experience presenting technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts

Nice To Haves

Experience with data analytics and building data pipelines to establish SPC
Power BI dashboards
Python scripts

Responsibilities

Taking Data directly from the manufacturing tools to interpret uptime, downtime, and cycle time
Improving statistical process control across Mercury manufacturing sites
Interface with process engineers to build data pipelines and establish SPC dashboards to ensure our process is predictable and identify process drift before catastrophic failures
