As Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support you will be responsible for; Support production cells and help optimize manufacturing and repair processes Analyze production data and drive improvements in safety, quality, and delivery Develop and maintain work instructions and technical documentation Lead or support RCCA, process improvements, and industrialization efforts Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve flow Support new product introduction and capital expenditure projects

Requirements

1–3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace or regulated industry preferred)
Exposure to production environments and process improvement
Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
