About The Position

Requirements

• Pursuing students pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in manufacturing, process improvement, and hands-on engineering applications.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable spending time on the production floor working directly with operators, supervisors, maintenance technicians, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on safety, ergonomics, productivity, and equipment reliability.
• Evaluate and improve floor pallet fixtures to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improvement activities for the STA ML10 area.
• Develop a structured spare parts tracking system to improve maintenance support and inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, analyze data, develop solutions, and implement improvements that support overall plant performance.
