About The Position

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a skilled and creative Process Engineer to design and implement efficient and ergonomic production processes in a dynamic environment. As the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the product interface with product development, contributing to the engineering change management process, supporting continuous improvement and production, and participating in the manufacturing engineering network. You will also design, implement, and monitor the production processes, ensuring the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry
• Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System
• Basic financial skills (costing, budget, investment)
• Leadership skills
• Ability to interface with other functions - Networking capabilities
• International mindset
• Proficient level of English required
• Computer literacy
• Business Minded
• Strong teamwork sense
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
