Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field.
4+ years of manufacturing, automation, industrial engineering, or related experience.
Experience supporting or troubleshooting industrial robots or PLC-controlled equipment.
Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving manufacturing, equipment, or process issues with minimal supervision.
Advanced manufacturing process design
Automation and robotics integration
Cross-functional engineering collaboration
Project management and technical leadership
Manufacturing system design and implementation
Engineering data analysis and performance improvement
Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written

Nice To Haves

Industrial robot programming experience (ABB, FANUC, or similar platforms).
Allen-Bradley PLC and/or HMI troubleshooting experience.
Experience commissioning, modifying, or optimizing automated manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead development and improvement of complex manufacturing processes while providing technical leadership within the engineering team.
Drive improvement initiatives, support advanced automation and process optimization efforts, and mentor junior engineers.
Lead complex manufacturing process development and optimization initiatives.
Manage cross-functional improvement projects involving production, quality, and supply chain teams.
Support automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Lead root cause investigations for complex manufacturing problems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
Partner with R&D teams on design for manufacturability initiatives.
Develop long-term manufacturing process improvement strategies.
