Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting production issues
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary 2nd shift manufacturing engineering support for the production floor
- Maintain job instruction sheets to current requirements
- Create and update routings in Solumina
- Work non-conforming hardware through rework and RCCA activities
- Design and order new/replacement tooling to support operations
- Make systematic improvements to drive manufacturing costs down
- Utilizing data, characterize process failures using root cause investigations implementing corrective actions and mistake-proofing
- Identify and implement improvement and automation projects
- Drive all manufacturing readiness levels for all activities in development
