About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will contribute to optimizing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, design, and maintenance, to ensure the efficient and cost-effective production of our products. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of Honeywell’s manufacturing operations by applying your engineering expertise to improve processes and resolve production challenges. Responsibilities

• Support projects in manufacturing operations and the facilities team
• Lead site infrastructure projects such as cubicle builds, re-locating manufacturing cells, and other facilities project management
• Identify and oversee process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• Learn program details for inputting capital equipment requests and interface with management & finance to support the capital equipment requirements for the group
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in material handling from internal workflows and outsourced processes
• Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
