This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. Come join us at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kent, WA as a Manufacturing Engineer supporting the Tank & Weld Manufacturing Engineering team. In this role, you will help develop and implement robust, cost-effective manufacturing processes for complex aerospace structures, contributing to the advancement of next-generation space systems. This position is part of Blue Origin Operations, encompassing Integrated Supply Chain, Facilities, and Security, and plays a critical role in enabling manufacturing and supply chain execution across all Blue Origin sites. As part of a highly collaborative team of engineers, technicians, and specialists, you will partner closely with design engineering, quality, and production teams to support the development and execution of manufacturing processes for tanks and composite overwrapped pressure vessel (COPV) hardware. You will play a critical role in enabling high-quality builds, resolving complex manufacturing challenges, and driving continuous improvement to achieve production rate and program objectives.
