In this exciting role as a Manufacturing Engineer II on the Dexter, Michigan Manufacturing Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, sustaining, and improving a variety of production fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing processes. Projects supported in this role may include capacity expansion, end-of-life equipment replacement, yield improvement, technology implementation, quality enhancements, and Lean transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams both inside and outside the plant, including Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing Technicians, and external vendors and consultants, to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is an onsite position with minimal travel requirements. The Dexter facility supports the production of Extracorporeal Life Support (ECLS) products and catheters, including the Nautilus, VitalFlow, Bio-Medicus, and Crescent product lines. These products help address the needs of customers and patients around the globe, making this an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that has a direct impact on patient care.
