About The Position

The Honeywell, Process Technology, LNG Product Line designs and manufactures specialized Coil Wound Heat Exchangers. The equipment is designed by our engineering organization and fabricated at our manufacturing facility in Port Manatee, FL. Our customers use this equipment to liquefy natural gas, massively improving its transportability as an energy source for users around the world. The Manufacturing Engineer is primarily responsible for translating engineering drawings into comprehensive manufacturing methods and production orders for each project they are assigned. During the execution of the work, they will spend sufficient time on the shop floor working with technicians and production supervision to ensure the production plan is safe and as efficient possible. The goal is for the production orders to be detailed enough that any employee will be able to complete the work detailed with minimal supervision. This position works closely with the mechanical design engineering, project management, production control, and production operations to ensure appropriate response to questions, while maintaining a focus on schedule commitments. Requirements
