About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer I will support the optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, and R&D, to assist in continuous improvement activities and support daily manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems preferred.
  • Six Sigma exposure preferred.
  • Exposure to automation and robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and improving under guidance for manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
  • Support workflow and layout analysis with direction from senior engineers.
  • Help maintain process control techniques to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
  • Participate in the implementation of new manufacturing technologies, methods, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Assist with manufacturability reviews and documentation for new product development.
