About The Position

The Manufacturing Engineer (Casting & Foundry) will be responsible for developing manufacturing processes for centrifugal casting, preparing and starting up equipment daily, documenting experimental results, executing Design of Experiments (DOE) activities, and communicating findings to the team. This role requires significant time on the shop floor, approximately 75% of the time, and involves supporting the development and implementation of centrifugal casting methods, conducting manufacturing experiments, analyzing test results, troubleshooting process issues, and collaborating with team members and leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 2 to 4 years of industrial/manufacturing experience required.
  • Manufacturing Safety
  • GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Problem Solving
  • Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on manufacturing experience
  • Familiarity with Foundry Processes

Responsibilities
