Manufacturing Engineer Asc (Level 1)
About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineer Asc (Level 1) will be part of the Production Engineering Team, responsible for driving process excellence in Grand Prairie machining operations. The role involves developing, improving, and investigating manufacturing processes to eliminate defects and meet production goals. This includes designing and implementing process development and improvement initiatives, conducting root cause and corrective action analysis, eliminating process waste to increase machining throughput, supporting a range of equipment and machining processes, and interfacing with program and functional stakeholders to drive production targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of data driven approach to solving problems
- Strong communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Responsibilities
