About The Position

The RG Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating production workflows, inventory and lot management, performance reporting, and quality, compliance, and safety initiatives to ensure efficient operations, data-driven decision-making, and continuous organizational improvement. This position reports to the RG Manufacturing Support Manager and is part of the RG Manufacturing Support located in Fargo, ND and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support manufacturing operations and workflow management by coordinating production activities, managing lot and inventory processes, maintaining schedules, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations. Track and report operational metrics by monitoring key manufacturing data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Maintain quality, compliance, and safety standards through research grade lot integration, equipment and facility checks, and participation in safety initiatives.

Requirements

1-2 years of related experience.
High school diploma required.
Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
