Responsibilities include performing a wide variety of tasks associated with operating machines and producing good quality parts. This role involves troubleshooting mold process problems, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring that assigned machines operate according to specifications and at standard cycle times. The Manufacturing Coordinator will monitor machines, inspect parts, troubleshoot quality defects, and record corrective actions. They will also be responsible for machine startups and shutdowns, line clearances, and performing Inspector Packer or Material Technician duties as needed. Participation in continuous improvement practices like TPM, 5S, Six Sigma, and SMED is expected, along with developing a team environment and training fellow associates. Adherence to Food Safety and cGMP policies is required.
